How do I log into my Feedback Clarity dashboard?
To log in to your FC Dashboard, please use the following link: FC Dashboard
Make sure to sign in using the “G” icon with the email address associated with the Google Business Profile account.
For a step-by-step walkthrough, you can check out this page.
I don't know the email I signed up to google my business.
We have a full page for that issue here: https://help.feedbackclarity.com/i-dont-know-the-email-i-signed-up-to-google-my-business.
I don't own the google my business profile / I manage it for someone else.
If you manage the Google Business Profile on behalf of someone else, make sure you have the right level of access if you want to log in to our dashboard and monitor the account. You’ll need to be added as a Manager or Owner to make changes and access all features.
We also need them to invite us so we are authorized to appeal on the negative reviews. Please have the owner add us as a Manager using this email: feedbackclaritygmb@gmail.com.
They can do this by:
-
Going to Google Business Profile Manager (business.google.com).
-
Selecting the business.
-
Clicking Business Settings > Managers and adding our email.
My google my business is not registered, just live on google maps.
If your business is live on Google Maps but not registered with Google My Business (now called Google Business Profile), you’ll need to claim and verify it to gain full control.
To do this, follow these steps:
-
Search for your business on Google Maps.
-
Click “Claim this business” or “Own this business?”
-
Follow the prompts to verify ownership.
Once verified, you’ll have access to manage your business details, respond to reviews, and optimize your profile.
I am concerned about the permissions I am giving to FeedbackClarity.
This occurs when signing in with Google, a method that ensures real-time data syncing and provides the most accurate insights, similar to how other platforms work when using "Sign in with Google."
To draw a comparison, when you sign into Facebook using Google, Facebook gains access only to the account created on their platform—not your Gmail account. They can manage, suspend, or delete your Facebook account, but they cannot modify or control your Gmail account.
Likewise, when you port in through our dashboard using Google, we only manage the account linked to our platform. We can make necessary updates or deactivate it if you're no longer a client, but your Google account remains secure and independent from us.
I have tried everything, but cannot login to the dashboard and/or cannot connect my account
Make sure that when you select "Sign in with Google," you are using an email associated with the Google Business account as an admin (Primary Owner, Owner, or Manager). If you're still experiencing errors, please send a screenshot to service@feedbackclarity.com.
